Hollypaw, Jaypaw, and Lionpaw spring from a strong legacy: children of Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw, two of the noblest ThunderClan warriors, and grandchildren of the great leader Firestar himself. All three young cats possess unusual power and talent and seem certain to provide strength to the Clan for the next generation.

But there are dark secrets around the three, and a mysterious prophecy hints at trouble to come. An undercurrent of rage is rising against those who are not Clanborn, and the warrior code is in danger of being washed away by a river of blood. All the young cats' strength will be needed if the Clans are to survive.

I love the Warriors series and, unlike some other series I've read, the continuation with the Clans doesn't become overdone or overused as each set of six, and each generation, go by. I love the series - I have a newfound respect for cats after reading them. They're interesting and fun.

This time around, I really loved Jaypaw - his blindness is one of the big parts of why I liked this book, because you got the picture of how he saw it, with smells and sounds rather than sights and colors.

The Sight or The Sight? Yes, there are two Sight's. Erin Hunters vs. David Clement Davies - cat vs. wolf. And it all depends on what you like best, because both series are fantastic! I like DCD when I'm into something darker, and EH when I want something fun but just as thrilling.
