There, creepy counterparts of the original fairytale crew reveal the purpose for Alyssa’s journey, and unless she fixes the things her great-great-great grandmother Alice put wrong, Wonderland will have her head.
Can we talk about how friggin' awesome this sounds!? I love interpretations on Wonderland -- hence my attachment to bad musicals and twisted video games -- and I just can't wait to see how this is interpreted. Though I could live without the crush part, I'm really curious to see exactly what happens to Alyssa - and what exactly Alice put wrong...

I am a lover of all things Wonderland. I don't know what it is about it, but every time I hear about an incarnation of the Alice story I have to watch or read it. My favorite book incarnation would have to be The Looking Glass Wars and my favorite movie interpretation is the syfy Alice, but I'm looking forward to seeing how Splintered stacks up!
ReplyDeleteI already have this one on my wishlist. It sounds so awesome! I want to see how it works with the "creepy counterparts" of the original characters &, like you, what exactly Alice did while she was there. I'll withhold judgement on the crush part until I see how it's done though.
